Description

This course covers the introduction to LCMS systems, metabolite extraction methods, column and solvent selection and optimisation of LCMS parameters.

Objective

To enhance participants’ knowledge on metabolite extraction, selection of solvent and column and LCMS parameters for metabolomics study.
