I. The transition of the pandemic phase to endemic has had a significant impact on the higher education sector to shape the process of Teaching and Learning (P&P) from conventional methods towards more creative and effective.
II. Bridging the relationship gap between educators and students to stimulate the development of knowledge hence ensuring better and effective communication between the two parties either online or offline.
III. In line with the Vice Chancellor's mandate which was delivered on January 26th 2022 to create a "virtual university". Therefore, the first step that needs to be taken is to create an environment in line with the delivery of academic programs that support the mandate.
