Description

Diversity and inclusion in the workplace focus on creating an environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and able to contribute their best. Diversity refers to the presence of differences within a given setting, including race, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, and other characteristics. Inclusion involves actively creating a culture where diverse individuals are integrated into the workplace and their contributions are acknowledged.

Objective

The objective is to foster a workplace environment that embraces and leverages diverse perspectives, promotes equitable opportunities, and ensures that all employees feel welcomed and respected.
