Description

This 1-day practical course equips early childhood educators with essential classroom management strategies tailored for young children (ages 2–6). Participants will explore proven methods for building positive behavior, establishing routines, handling challenging situations, and fostering emotional and social development in the early years. Through interactive activities, real-life scenarios, and collaborative discussions, educators will gain tools to create structured, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environments that support both teaching effectiveness and children’s growth

Objective
  • Understand the developmental needs and behaviors of young children in classroom settings.
  • Establish clear, age-appropriate rules, routines, and expectations.
  • Implement positive discipline techniques and proactive behavior management.
  • Foster emotional regulation, cooperation, and positive relationships among children.
  • Create a classroom environment that promotes engagement, safety, and inclusivity.
